INSURANCE CONDITIONS

We offer full insurance for car rentals, except in following cases where our insurance will not cover you:
  • Illegal passing
  • Ignoring the stop, do not enter, right / left / u-turn prohibited traffic signs
  • Violation of speed limit
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Driving on a non-asphalted road
  • Damages underneath the car
  • Ignoring a red signal
  • In case of negligence

The rates for car rental include 23% VAT, full insurance, unlimited mileage and more The rates include:
  1. Full insurance (F.D.W.)
  2. No excess (depends on driver age and model)
  3. Personal insurance
  4. Insurance for tires and 2nd driver
  5. Insurance for mirrors and glasses (not in parking)
  6. Fire and theft insurance
  7. Immediate car change in case of a breakdown caused by a technical problem
  8. Unlimited kilometers
  9. Delivery to and collection from your hotel
  10. 24 hours service all over Crete
  11. 24 hours phone service
  12. Accident care and assistance
  13. Road assistance
  14. Road map of Crete
  15. Discount for bus and boat excursions
  16. 23% VAT and all local taxes
